Help Desk POS Support Consultant

InfoGenesis, an award winning provider of POS, Inventory and CRM solutions to wide-ranging operation styles within the hospitality industry, is expanding their Customer and Technical support team to provide for two additional Help Desk Consultants.

The role of Help Desk Customer Support Consultant involves the provision of customer and technical support via our Help Desk to InfoGenesis' clients using our POS, Inventory Control and Customer Relation Managements applications, as well as Microsoft products including Win2K+ Pro/Server Office and SQL Server.

Experience in either POS operations, F&B stock control, hospitality systems management, or bar/restaurant management, coupled with a sound computing knowledge is highly desirable.

Ideally, you will be an outgoing, self motivated, team player who enjoys the balance of working both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English) are essential.
